2002 now works for the U.S. MARSHAL'S SERVICE, JPATS - JUSTICE
PRISONER & ALIEN TRANSPORT SERVICE, flying throughout the U.S. and

Gale Bess has been promoted to Major over the Community Policing
Division (which is the Patrol Division) he also completed course
requirements for a Master of Business Administration Degree and will
be participating in the graduation ceremony on August 7, 2004.

Rick Weiss of Colonie PD, New York
was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant in the Administrative Services
Division effective Monday, January 7th. His duties are to coordinate
technology based agency systems such as Records, Digital Imaging,
Automatic Vehicle Locators, Crime Mapping, Public Safety Building
Security Monitoring and Statistical Analysis. |
